KRUSteve Kardian MMA & Fitness will soon be offering KRU Muay Thai. Steve Kardian started training in the stand up martial arts in 1977 but he has spent the past two years training with Master Ace Ramirez. Steve and several of his instructors have completed the KRU Muay Thai coaches program and will be scheduling classes soon!

Muay Thai (also known as Thai Boxing) is a fighting art that originated in Thailand (formerly Siam) 2000 years ago. Its origins date back to a Warrior Art called Krabi Krabong which incorporated not only empty hands but weapons skils as well. The conditioning of Muay Thai is the basis of the style in both physically and mentally. 

  Also argueably called the "Toughest ring sport in the world" it is known for its powerful techniques of punching (boxing), elbows, knees and kicks. The Muay Thai practitioner must have superior speed and conditioning through hard training. Master Ace Ramirez was featured on MTV's Exclusive show "Made" where Muay Thai was exposed to the public helping a young girl use the training to reach her personal goals.
